Lincroft, NJ - In the final game of the 2021 spring season, Brookdale men's soccer could not find their legs against the Sussex County College Skylanders in the 8-0 loss. "It was an "off" performance against a quality team and we paid the price," said Coach Tom Rafferty. The Blues mustered a few quality shots on goal, but the Skylander's keeper was equal to the tasks.
Freshman forward, Ryan Gannon, freshman defender, Joseph Petzold, Jr., and sophomore forward, Dane Calhoun, each had strong second half performances on the turf at Capelli Sports Complex. The Blues finished their short spring season with a 0-9 record, and are looking forward to their upcoming fall season.
