Vineland, NJ- Sophomore forward Guilherme DeNovaes sparked the Jersey Blues offense against the Dukes of Cumberland County College, notching three goals. Brookdale defeated Cumberland, 6-1.
Freshman forward Marlhens Nasanes recorded one goal and two assists while sophomore forward Hakeem Wood collected one goal. Sophomore midfielder Alex Cella tallied two assists as freshman defender James Cavanaugh and sophomore midfielder Stevenley Joseph contributed one assist apiece. Freshman defender Matthew Skea also notched his first goal of the season.
The team improves their overall record to 12-3 and will return home to face the Cougars of Camden County College on Saturday, October 15th at noon.
