Freshman midfielder Stevenley Joseph put the Blues on the board first, scoring the game's first goal in the fourteenth minute of the game. Freshman midfielder Hakeem Wood dished the assist.

Pemberton, NJ- The Brookdale men's soccer team fell to division I Barons of Rowan College at Burlington County, 5-3. Freshman midfielder Stevenley Joseph put the Blues on the board first, scoring the game's first goal in the fourteenth minute of the game. Freshman midfielder Hakeem Wood dished the assist.

Freshman forward Jonathan Junqueira tied the game at 2-2 after ripping a shot in the fifty-seventh minute.  In the eighty-eighth minute of the game, freshman forward Alex Cella scored the third and final goal for the Jersey Blues. Freshman forward Guilherme DeNovaes collected the assist.

The team returns to action at home against the Owls of Union County College on Tuesday, September 22nd.
