Lincroft, NJ - The Salem Community College Mighty Oaks got cut down by the Brookdale Jersey Blues men's basketball team, 84-64, in a GSAC DIII match up. The Blues climbed to the top from the get-go with a 12-2 jump-out lead, then a 15 point half time advantage, to a 84-64 win.

Lincroft, NJ - The Salem Community College Mighty Oaks got cut down by the Brookdale Jersey Blues men's basketball team, 84-64, in a GSAC DIII match-up. The Blues climbed to the top from the get-go with a 12-2 jump-out lead, then a 15 point half-time advantage, to a 84-64 win.
Leading the charge for the Blues win was sophomore guard, Fres Cabrera, with a double-double of 19 points and 12 rebounds. Two freshman guards, Kevin Mateo and Andre Wells, each scored 15 points, and combined for 11 assists. Sophomore guard, Allen Ozojie, entered his 10-point, 11 rebound double-double in the books.
Brookdale is 18-3, and looking forward to their next home match-up with the Community College of Philadelphia Lions on Thursday, February 10th, at 7:00pm.
