Lincroft, NJ - Every member of the Brookdale men's basketball team checked into the game, scored, and defeated the Sussex County Community College Skylanders with a final score of 96-79.
Sophomore guard and leading scorer, Fres Cabrera, recorded 17 points, and freshman guard, Kevin Mateo, reached a triple-double with his 11 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists. Freshman forward, Devin Strickland, finished with 15 points, sophomore guard, Allen Ozojie registered 13, and freshman guard, Andre Wells, paced the Jersey Blues with 11 points.
The Brookdale Blues (16-1) head to Vineland, NJ, for a GSAC match-up against the RCSJ-Cumberland Dukes on Thursday, February, 3rd, at 7:00pm.
