Lincroft, NJ - Freshman guard Randi Sutton topped the Jersey Blues offense as the team defeated CC of Philadelphia, 79-75. Sutton made a crucial steal in the remaining minutes of play to secure the win with a two point lay-up. Sutton totaled 20 points in the match-up.

Brookdale took a 42-32 halftime lead and went up by as many as 11 points but allowed Philadelphia to come back and tie the game at 69. Sophomore forward Jahmere Calhoun added two points with under three to go and swished a total of 12 points while grabbing 15 rebounds and blocking five shots.
Freshman guard Keyshawn Cummings posted 18 points as freshman guard Lamar Johnson contributed 15 points.
The team improves their overall record to 7-5 and will return to action on Tuesday, December 18th at home to take on the Skylanders of Sussex County Community College at 7:00pm.
