A lopsided game from tipoff, Brookdale came out hot without getting complacement and kept up their momentum to the final buzzer. The blues had six players score in double figures with guard Jaimik Moore leading the pack by draining 19 and dishing off eight assists, as Sophomore Kyle Bradshaw unloaded a solid 17 points. Guard Grant Goode from Matawan, and power forward Matthew Ringle from Marlboro each scored 15. Lastly, Sophomore guard from Teaneck, Zachary Olukanni put on a show with his three impressive dunks and finished the game with 11 points.
The Blues will encounter Nassau Community College who enters the championship game with a 28-4 record, coming off a 95-81 win over Montgomery (Md.) in the other semifinal on Friday.
