Williams and Johnson Selected To The 2023 NJCAA Division III Baseball All-American Teams
Lincroft, NJ - The NJCAA Division III Baseball Committee selected two Jersey Blues to the 2023 All-America Team. Sophomore pitcher Brendan Williams (West Hempstead High School), was named to the first team and sophomore center fielder Marcus Johnson (Cranford High School), was chosen for third team.

Sophomore pitcher Brendan Williams (West Hempstead High School), was named to the first team and sophomore center fielder Marcus Johnson (Cranford High School), was chosen for the third team.
Adding to his accolades this season, Williams has also earned the 2023 GSAC Pitcher of the Year, NJCAA DIII Pitcher of the Week, Region 19 Pitcher of the Year, First Team All-Region, First Team All-GSAC, and the most recent, Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) Pitcher of the Year. For the 2023 season, Williams pitched 71.1 innings with an ERA of 2.40, 113 strikeouts, two shutouts, and finished with a 9-2 record
Johnson produced incredible stats this year with a .440 batting average while cranking out 13 home runs, 58 RBI's, 23 stolen bases, and posting a .952 fielding percentage. Marcus was also handpicked for first team All-Region, first team All-GSAC, and recently announced that he will continue his baseball career at Montclair State University starting this fall.
