GSAC Announces DIII Baseball Pitcher Of The Week

Lincroft, NJ - The Garden State Athletic Conference has named the pitcher of the week for the week ending on March 19, 2023. Brookdale's Brendan Williams has been named the pitcher of the week.

In an impressive 8-1 week for the nationally ranked Jersey Blues, LHP Brendan Williams tossed a complete game shutout in a 7-0 victory over CC of Rhode Island. In seven complete innings, the sophomore southpaw allowed just five hits and struck out 16 batters on the day. Williams improved to 3-0 on these season across four starts with an ERA of 3.00 and 34 strikeouts.
