Blues Baseball Is Triumphant Over DII CC Morris Titans
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale Jersey Blues baseball squad was triumphant over the DII County College of Morris Titans with an 8-inning, chilly, 10-6 final. Sophomore left-handed pitcher, Brendan Williams (2-0), was credited with the win after allowing only two hits, striking out eight, and walking just four batters in five innings.

Sophomore left-handed pitcher, Brendan Williams (2-0), was credited with the win after allowing only two hits, striking out eight, and walking just four batters in five innings.
Sophomore centerfielder, Christian Bauman, had four hits in five at bats and drove in three runs, including a home run while freshman second baseman, Hunter Serrano, banked a triple for an RBI. Freshman rightfielder, Nick Lovarco, batted 2-2, for an RBI as sophomore catcher, Darius Troche, connected for two hits for another RBI. Adding to the RBI list was sophomore first baseman, John Wade, sophomore infielder, Marcus Johnson, and sophomore shortstop, Joseph Lomangino, with one a piece.
Brookdale is 3-0 and will be back on their home diamond on Friday, March 10th, to play the Holyoke Community College Cougars beginning at 2:00pm.
