Brookdale Baseball Captures The Camden Cougars In Home Opener, 17-4
Lincroft, NJ - In seven innings, the Brookdale baseball team captured the Camden County College Cougars with a 17-4 win in their home opener. Winning sophomore pitcher, Ryan Lasko, allowed just two hits, and snagged three strikeouts in the 15 batters that he faced.

Lincroft, NJ - In seven innings, the Brookdale baseball team captured the Camden County College Cougars with a 17-4 win in their home opener. Winning sophomore pitcher, Ryan Lasko (1-0), allowed just two hits, and snagged three strikeouts in the 15 batters that he faced.
Sophomore first baseman, John Wade, had three hits in four at bats, including a double and a sacrifice fly to drive in five runs, while sophomore catcher, Darius Troche, drove in three runs, hitting 4-5 with a double as well. Sophomore shortstop, Joseph Lomangino, helped with a double-bagger, adding an RBI, and freshman second baseman, Hunter Serrano, smacked a hearty triple.
Brookdale (2-0) hosts the County College of Morris Titans in a 9-inning face-off on Wednesday, March 8th, at 3:00pm.
